Our management team has over 25 years of combined experience in the manufactured housing industry. Our onsite staff is trained and experienced to provide professional property management for the benefit of the residents and the community.

Schools

High Plains Ranch MHC is located in River Road Independent School District. River Road ISD includes Rolling Hills Elementary School (4.1 miles), River Road Middle School (3.1 miles) and River Road High School (3.3 miles). The District also includes Willow Early Childhood Academy (1.2 miles). There is a bus stop for the school bus route located right at the front of High Plains Ranch.

Community

We strive to build a sense of community that is clean, safe, and family oriented. We have a “Yard of the Month” program as well as several ongoing and future improvement projects including new roads, basketball court, picnic areas, playground, and clubhouse renovations.
